Bouquet: Rich sweet cherry and Boysenberry nose
Palate: Light Cherry and Oak. Dry with supple tannins, hint of wild thyme. Long finish.
Cellar: 3 to 5 years.
General: 250 cases from this second vintage. Low yield off 4.2Ha vineyard due to seasonal variation. Bottled 2008.
